Personal Data Processing and Protection Information Text

This information text has been prepared within the scope of the obligation to inform regarding the processing and protection of personal data obtained by our company as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 and the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform published in the Official Gazette dated 10/3/2018 with the number 30356.

1. Data Controller In accordance with Article 5.2 and 8.2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, your personal data transferred to our company within the scope of Service Agreements concluded with our Communication Consultancy and Advertising company and/or its authorized representative, are processed and protected by HST Rail as the data controller, in compliance with the Law and its related regulations.

2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data Your personal data may be processed within the limits set forth by the Law for the purposes of ensuring customer satisfaction in relation to the Communication Consultancy and Advertising services provided by our company and/or its authorized representative under the Service Agreements concluded, improving the quality of the services provided by our company, offering new services, and informing you about special campaigns and promotions.

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data Your personal data may be transferred only to our business partners, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private individuals or organizations, within the limits and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Your Personal Data Your personal data, limited to name, surname, and contact information, are collected by our company and/or its authorized representatives within the scope of service agreements concluded with our company and/or its authorized representatives. This data is transferred in accordance with Articles 5.2 and 8.2 of the Law for the personalization and improvement of orders placed to our company as an Advertising company during the orders placed to our company, and it is processed by HST Rail for the limited purposes of ensuring customer satisfaction, improving the quality of the services provided by our company, offering new services, facilitating the requests of employees, organizations providing services to HST Rail, or customers of HST Rail, or conducting security and risk assessments, and fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Your Rights as the Data Subject In accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, your rights as the data subject are as follows: a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, b) To request information if your personal data has been processed, c) To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad, e) To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or processed inaccurately, f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law, g) To request the notification of the operations carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, h) To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, i) To demand compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your request to exercise the above-mentioned rights in writing to our company in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.

Our company is obliged to conclude your requests included in the application, depending on the nature of the request, as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days at no cost. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.

Flora Residence D.No:2803, 34750, Ataşehir, Istanbul, Turkey" by mail, in person, or through notary or send it to info@hstrail.com with a secure electronic signature if applicable. The application must include your name, surname, and if the application is in writing, your signature, T.C. identification number for Turkish citizens, nationality for foreigners, passport number, or identification number if any, your notification address or business address, if any, the electronic mail address for notification, telephone and fax number, and the subject of the request.
